This food truck visited my job, and I'm so glad they did! I ordered the veggie, steak, and crab rangoon spring rolls. I also ordered the chicken lumpia caldereta style. Everything was flavorful and delicious! My only suggestion is to order your rice on the side. The caldereta style is when they pour this tomato base stew with peppers, potatoes, and peas over the chicken and the rice. It was so good, but the rice soaked it all up!

These cats are a total class act. Bamba eggroll was given the worst spot on festival grounds, and remained so kind to the production staff - they fed us breakfast lunch and dinner. Its delicious, quality food that gave good energy for the hard work.

Tried Bamba Eggroll Co for the first time today at the Louisville Convention Center and really enjoyed it! We tried to wait for lunch until the lines shortened but the people just kept coming. By the time we got down to the truck, many of the menu items were sold out which was a bummer but was due to us waiting until later in the afternoon to eat. Service was quick and very friendly. I tried 2 of the vegetable lumpia (eggroll) and they were great! A friend tried the buffalo chicken and crab rangoon lumpias also and was very impressed. I also tried the veggie caldera stew and it was a great way to warm up on such a cold day. The stew was seasoned well and had a great variety of vegetables in it. Everything I got was only $8 and it filled me up- which isn’t bad at all for a food truck in downtown Louisville. I wish we would have gotten in line early so we could have tried more menu items since everything I had was great.

Hand crafted food Filipino inspired is right! Very nice selection, something for everyone. Served with a smile by Amy! Looking forward to a break in weather so they can resume working their culinary magic! Highly recommend!

I ordered Chicken Adobo with garlic fried rice. The food smelled delicious but it was pretty salty for my liking. They should cook with less salt and without MSG? Update: Owner replied and stated they don't use MSG. Thank you for your reply. Overall I recommend eating here, just watch your blood pressure if you suffer from hypertension.
